On Thursday evening, February 1, 2018, at an advertised Special Meeting at 5:15PM in the Vernon, Florida City Hall, the Vernon City Council voted unanimously to refer an internal City audit issue to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for investigation.
