Down all of the first half of their encounter with the Graceville High School Tigers, the Chipley, Florida High School Varsity Tigers Basketball squad retired to the locker rooms at halftime less than energized.
What spectators saw in the second half of the game, however, was a different team, driven in part by words from Head Coach Mike Gates and his staff but in large part by a burning desire to win on the part of this team, as seen in these photos by Real Florida Media, a subsidiary of The Goulding Agency in Chipley, Florida.
With a final score of 65-54, the Chipley Tigers Boys Basketball team showed finesse, skill and cardio superiority, all attributes necessary in this division, and the spectators showed their appreciation.
