A little damp, windy weather did not deter tens of thousands of attendees at Pier Park in Panama City Beach on Saturday, February 10, as the 2018 Panama City Beach Mardi Gras Festival ended with a big parade, as seen in these photos by Real Florida Media, a subsidiary of The Goulding Agency in Chipley, Florida.
Friday and Saturday events saw one of the largest crowds yet for the event, and the huge parade on Saturday seemed to go on interminably, satisfying even the most hardcore reveler, with almost a million beads and other throws tossed to the crowd chanting ‘Throw me something mister’ in one of the largest Mardi Gras parades east of Mobile.
