On February 21, 2018, as a mark of respect for the memory of Reverend Billy Graham, President Donald J. Trump issued a Proclamation directing all flags to be lowered to half-staff on the day of interment. Pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation, I hereby direct the flags of the United States and the State of Florida to be flown at half-staff at all local and state buildings, installations, and grounds throughout the State of Florida. The flags shall be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Friday, March 2, 2018.
