Set off your next party with this delightful cheese ball which is sure to please your guests.
Ingredients:
2 8-ounce packages of Cream Cheese
1 can (8.5 ounces) Crushed Pineapple (drained)
1 1/2 cups of Chopped Pecans
1/4 cup Chopped Green Pepper
2 tablespoons of Chopped Onion
1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
Pineapple Slices
Maraschino Cherries
Parsley
Let cream cheese stand at room temperature to soften.
Cream the cheese and gradually stir in crushed pineapple.
When smooth, add 3/4 cup of pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt.
Chill mixture well.
Form into a ball and roll in remaining 3/4 cup of pecans.
Chill until serving time.
Garnish with twists of pineapple slices, cherries, and parsley.
Serve with assorted crackers.
