Some wind and bad weather didn’t deter either Veterans from AmVets Post 007 in Chipley or ROTC Cadets from Chipley High School from paying tribute to America’s Veterans buried at the cemetery in Chipley Monday morning.
Representatives from both groups were at the cemetery early Monday prepared to place American flags at the gravesites of all Veterans buried there.
An annual event for both groups, all concerned were pleased to be able to honor the Veterans buried in the cemetery.
After the cadets completed their work at the cemetery, they were lunch guests at the AmVets Post.
