The Wausau Public Library and the Town of Wausau presented the photography exhibit displayed in the Town Hall.
Mr. Avery Wood, who grew up in the Wausau area, has spent many years photographing local people and their surroundings and appeared to enjoy sharing his photographs with the crowd.
Many examples of his work were displayed in the exhibit and shown during a short slide presentation during the exhibit.
Community residents turned out for the event and helped identify some of the individuals shown in the photos.
