Users simply enter their address to pull up their ballot and view questionnaire responses straight from the candidates themselves to create their sample ballot. For the Primary, users can select their political party for a more personalized ballot. Candidate questionnaires for statewide and federal races are posted — from Florida House, to judges, to U.S. Senate — and the League continues to follow up with candidates who have yet to respond.
Florida’s 29 local Leagues throughout the state are also populating VOTE411’s database with local race candidate information. Summaries on each of the 13 constitutional amendments on the November ballot can also be found on BeReadyToVote.org, along with descriptions of what a Yes or a No vote would accomplish.
Hundreds of thousands of Floridians have used BeReadyToVote.org for a reason — nonpartisan information on candidates and elections from a trusted civic organization.
