GUTIERREZ AWARDED PEEL SCHOLARSHIP—Citlali Gutierrez of Blountstown has been awarded the Dr. Randy Peel Biological Scholarship to Chipola College for a second year.
Dr. Peel is a veterinarian who graduated from Chipola and the University of Florida.
He funded the scholarship to help college students with an interest in research.
