‘Real Florida Magazine’ spent the afternoon of Friday, August 24, 2018 getting a ‘behind the scenes’ look at the two teams set to clash in the district high school football season opener- the Chipley, Florida High School Tigers and rival Marianna High School Bulldogs- under ‘Friday Night Lights’ in Philip Rountree Stadium in downtown Chipley.
Coming off a win against the Bulldogs on their own turf last year, the relatively young Chipley Tiger team showed maturity and grace under pressure, even with rain and a wet field, to beat the Marianna Bulldogs with a final score of 24-10, as seen in these photos by Real Florida Media, a subsidiary of The Goulding Agency.
