Each County in Florida has a Community Transportation Coordinator (CTC) who plans, administers, monitors, coordinates, arranges, and delivers coordinated Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) services for individuals who have no other means of transportation.
In Washington and Holmes Counties, the CTC and operator providing service is Tri-County Community Council, Inc.
To become eligible for the Transportation Disadvantaged program, individuals must complete and submit an application, and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- The individual does not have a vehicle
- The individual cannot operate a vehicle
- The individual has no alternate means of transportation
