Addressing needs as expressed by Washington County Superintendent of Schools Joe Taylor, Washington County Commission Chairman Tray Hawkins, and EOC Director Lynne Abel, Scott said that the full power of the state government was in play to help Washington and other affected counties to overcome the issues caused by Hurricane Michael.
FEMA representatives, National Guard, Army Corps of Engineers, Florida Department of Health, EMS, Fire Service, Law Enforcement Washington County School District, Gulf Power and other agencies continue to man the Emergency Operations Center in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael.
