Christmas Greetings to all of our Friends of the Library family,
Despite the extreme devastation that each of us has experienced at the hands of afellow named MICHAEL, our community has rallied together to bring us some verybeautiful Christmas activities and programs. Aren’t we blessed to be a part of the many, many acts of love andcharity that have been so prevalent in our community during this difficulttime? I have been amazed at theresilience and stamina of our friends and neighbors.
Our next Friends meeting will be Thursday, January 3, 2019. Remember to come prepared to present a review of a book that you have recently read. We will, as usual, meet at 12 noon in the John Wesley Building at the Methodist Church in Chipley. Each member will provide his or her own lunch. Our Game Night activity will be much earlier this year in order to, hopefully, increase participation. We will have all pertinent information concerning Game Night ready to disseminate at the meeting. Please begin reminding friends and family that we need their support for this activity.
The Friends’ Board will meet Wednesday afternoon, January 2 at 4:00 p.m. at the Chipley Library. .
