‘Real Florida Magazine’ was invited to experience the 22nd Annual St. Andrews Mardi Gras ‘up-close and personal’ with a behind-the-scenes vantage point, featuring the Kid’s Parade on Friday, February 22, 2019, as seen in Part 2 of these festival and parade photos by Real Florida Media, a subsidiary of The Goulding Agency in Chipley, Florida. .
