A day prior to the Florida Legislature resuming session in Tallahassee, teachers from Washington County, Florida tried to bring attention to the needs of public education and educators in Chipley, Florida on Monday, March 4, 2019, as seen in these photos by Real Florida Media, a subsidiary of The Goulding Agency in Chipley.
Joined by Washington County Superintendent of Schools Joe Taylor and members of the Washington County School Board, the educators carried signage and wore red, in a campaign titled ‘Wear Red For Ed’, hoping to demonstrate to those legislators the serious needs of schools and teachers.
