The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reports no injuries in an accident in Jackson County Monday afternoon around 3:30 p.m.
The FHP reports that school bus driver Yolanda Nellons Hearns, 46, of Greenwood, Florida, was attempting to back in a southern direction at 3654 State Road 71 in Marianna, but failed to observe an unoccupied 2010 Nissan Titan parked directly behind the bus and the right rear of the bus collided with the left side of the parked car.
The children on the bus were removed from the behicle prior to FHP arrival on the scene, and no injuries were reported.
