FHP locates Dodge Durango involved in hit-and-run …………

The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reports a Dodge Durango involved in a hit and run accident on US 90 Monday afternoon has been located.

According to the FHP, Dominique Works, 33, of Caryville, Florida, was walking along the south shoulder of US 90 and a Dodge Durango was eastbound on the highway. The front right and right side of the vehicle collidied with the pedestrian and the driver continued eastbound, leaving the scene. The predestrian was transported to a Ft. Walton medical facility with critical injuries.

Initially reporting the incident he FHP attached the following information regarding the vehicle – At the scene were broken pieces of the right side mirror, flakes of dark blue paint, and possible ieces of a front right turn signal. The part numbers revealed that they come from a 2011 to 2018 Dodge Durango.

The FHP now reports the vehicle was located and belongs to Amy Worley, 41, of Chipley, Florida; however, they add that the investigation is ongoing.
