Released by Wausau Recreation Department …
Steve Hallmark, Recreation Director for the Town of Wausau, has announced the department is in need of two full time umpires for the upcoming season.
He says these are needed right away and will umpire three to four games a week for the next seven weeks. According to Hallmark, pay would be over $100 a week. These umpires need to be certified in Dixie Little League.
Additionally, Hallmark needs one umpire certified in Dixie Softball. Hallmark says if this coach if not currently certified he can get them certified.
