Randy Chesnut, a member of the DeFuniak Springs Kiwanis Club and Vice President/Director of the Removing the Barriers Tri-State Initiative, was guest speaker at Tuesday’s meeting of the Chipley Kiwanis Club and laid out the program of the Initiative to his fellow Kiwanians.

The mission of the Removing the Barriers program is to remove the barriers to great outdoor experiences for people and families living with disabilities.
Explaining the program, Chesnut said they are making equipment available that will allow individuals with disabilities have easier access to outdoor adventures.
