On May 1, 2019 the official countdown started for the 2019 Panhandle Watermelon Festival in Downtown Chipley, Florida.
With some of the best people-watching in the region, and an entertainment lineup including Sara Evans and William Michael Morgan on Friday, June 28, and the return of Jimmy Fortune on Saturday, June 29, this year’s event is touted as one of the festivals in recent memory.
