Roseanna Hanshaw, Echo Naputi, Hailey Durrance and Jade Garvin talked about what they had gained through the class that has replaced the old ‘home ec’ classes taught in the public school system.
Solger explained that by taking this class students have the opportunioty to obtain two industry manager certifications and in the last two years of the program can obtain more certification in the food industry that better prepares them for jobs.
