Boy Scouts and their leaders from Troop 39 held a moving sunset service Friday night in front of the Blue Lake Baptist Church to retire 50 American flags in a traditional flag retirement ceremony.
The flags were dedicated in memory of and in honor of Veterans who served their country in the U.S. Military.
