Chipley Kiwanis Club member Bruce Christmas represented the club this week as Allen Scheffer, representing Washington County Farm Bureau, was present at Tuesday’s Kiwanis Club meeting to present a check to help the club with educating and promoting agriculture in the county.
The club presented Chipley Library representative Zedra Hawkins with a check to help with summer programs being hosted by the Washington County Library System.
Hawkins was the guest speaker at Tueday’s club luncheon and highlighted the variety of programs being offered this summer at the Chipley Library including the following:
- Feeding program
- Baby Story Time
- Make Way to Play
