The 50th Annual Wausau Possum Festival kicked off on Saturday, August 3, 2019 in Wausau, Florida with the annual ‘Possum Parade’ followed by the free Festival, as seen in Part 2 of these photos by Real Florida Media, a subsidiary of The Goulding Agency in Chipley, Florida.
The annual Possum Festival is held on the first Saturday in August each year, and features free admission, a parade, great food, entertainment and vendors, the annual ‘Possum Auction’, free activities for the kids, and some of the best people watching in the region.
