Only a few days into the new semester, these candid photos, taken by students in the Digital Video Technology Program at Florida Panhandle Technical College in Chipley, Florida, offer visual insight into the total immersion program, inclusive of Music Engineering, Television and Radio Production and Drone Technology, all designed to prepare adults and high school students for careers in any of those fields.
Washington County Superintendent of Schools Joe Taylor dropped by the FPTC classroom to check out the program on Monday, August 26, 2019, as students were completing a class project aimed at looking at studio equipment and gear from a fresh and different perspective.
The program offers Open Enrollment, so students can start on any Monday, and is open to dual-enrolled high school students at no charge, and interested students and adults should contact Florida Panhandle Technical College by dropping by Student Services at 757 Hoyt Street in Downtown Chipley, or by visiting the FPTC website at www.FPTC.edu or by simply calling 850-638-1180 extension 317 on Monday through Friday from 8AM until 3PM for information.
