The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reports that 47-year-old Raymond Gifford os Sneads, Florida is in critical condition at a Tallahassee medical facility following an Sept. 9th crash in Jackson County.
According to the FHP, Gifford was traveling north on CR 271 in a 2009 Audi A41 when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The Audi left the roadway on the east shoulder, the driver over corected and the vehicle left the roadway on the west shoulder. The vehicle then rotated in a clockwise direction and traveled up the culvert and became airborne. The vehicle then landed right side up still rotating in a clockwise direction and overturning on its left side, colliding with a tree.
