After discussing questions arising about the parking lot at Chipley Physical Therapy, 1567 Main Street, the Chipley Planning & Zoning Commission voted Thrusday afternoon to approve a Development Order for the property owned by Ruben Laurel.
P&Z member David Ridley questioned the composition of the parking lot which City Administrator Dan Miner explained only required a hard surface in areas deisgnated for handicapped parking.
Miner said the current dirt parking lot meets all current requirements.
The property owner also told the P&Z members that the property does not require a holding pond when that question arose.
In other action, the P&Z Commission aproved the minutes of the May 23, 2019 meeting.
