Meeting in regular session Nov. 12th, the Chipley City Council voted to table discussion of a contract between Attorney Carol A. Leone, P.L.L.C. and the Washington County Tourist Development Council. They also directed the City’s Attorney to meet with the TDC to discuss the issue.
The Chipley City Council did approve the following agenda items at their Nov. 12th meeting:

7. Surplus Vehicle Donation – Police Department.
8. Fiscal Year 2019-2020 CRA Administration Contract.
9. Board Member Reappointment of Malcolm Nelson.
10. P&Z Recommendation – Request for a Development Order made by Ruben Laurel.
11. Special Event Application – ArtKidDoo Children’s Art Festival.
