One killed in Washington County crash …………….

The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) reports that Terry Sullivan, 65, of Seffner, Florida died in a two vehicle crash Nov. 12th in Washington County.  Her passenger, 72 year-old Florence Jones, of Brandon, Florida is reported to have received serious injuries in the accident and was taken to a hospital in Bay County.

Clint Walker, 56, of Chipley was the driver of the second vehicle, a 2005 Chevrolet Sierra,  and only received minor injuries in the incident.

According to the FHP, Sullivan was traveling southbound in the outside lane S.R. 77 in a 2006 Ford Escape and for an unknown reason the vehicle came to a stop in the outside southbound lane of the highway.

Walker was traveling southbound on S.R. 77 in the outside lane.  The front of his vehicle collided with the rear of the Ford.  After initial impact Sullivan’s vehicle began to travel in a southwesterly direction along the grass shoulder of the westbound on ramp.

Walker’s vehicle came to a final rest on the paved shoulder of S.R. 77, facing in a southerly direction.
