The city of Vernon, Florida held their annual Christmas Parade and Festival on Saturday, December 14, 2019 in downtown Vernon, as seen in Part 1 of these photos by Paul Goulding Photography, a subsidiary of The Goulding Agency in Chipley, Florida.
Following the parade, Mayor Laura Brewer and City Councilperson Jeanie Shipes organized and funded an opportunity for the public to enjoy a photo session with Santa Claus, along with refreshments and gifts for all the children, and the event enjoyed a large number of children.
