Members of the Chipley Redevelopment Agency (CRA) learned Tuesday they are required by State Law to sign confidentially agreements as part of serving on the agency board.
They are also mandated to take ethics training classes and have set a tentative date of April 6th for that training.
The following agenda items were also addressed at Tuesday’s meeting:
- A RFP (Requests for Proposals) Committee was appointed – Brett Butler, Heather Lopez, Toni Shamplain, and Ted Everett. (Shamplain is currently the CRA Manager with the City of Panama City CRA. Prior to her current position she was the Main Street Manger with the Downtown Improvement Board where she not only served as Main Street Manager, but was also responsible for 3 of the 4 CRAs administered by the DIB.)
- The Status of Funds (as of Jan. 30, 2020) was approved.
- There are currently no grants before the CRA Board
