Chipley Planning & Zoning approves two manufactured homes ……………………

Meeting in a short session Thursday afternoon, the Chipley Planning & Zoning Commission approved two Requests for Variances for manufactured homes to be placed within the city limits.

The first was for Joey Finch at 400 2nd Street, parcel #00-2974-0001.  It was approved in a 6-0 vote after city officials said no objections had been raised during the public input portion of the proceedings.  This site does not have city sewer and water available.

The second was for Stacey Brown at 504 4th Street, Parcel #0-2920-0000.  The action was approved in a 6-0 vote after city officials said no objections had been raised during the public input portion of the proceedings.  This site does have city sewer and water available.
