The Law Enforcement Program, EMS Program and Correctional Officer Program at Florida Panhandle Technical College held Graduation Ceremonies in downtown Chipley, Florida on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at the Washington County Ag Center, as seen in Part 1 of these photos by Paul Goulding Photography, a subsidiary of The Goulding Agency in Chipley, Florida, and graduates from these programs are in high demand.

The program offerings, part of the Public Safety Programs offered at the college, are appreciably shorter in duration than others in the region, but include open enrollment (meaning a student can start at any time) and held only four days a week, Monday through Thursday.

There is more of a need for persons in these professions than ever, and these career paths will provide a well-paid option for those starting their adult life, those seeking an alternative to their current lifestyle or those who need to replace their current livelihood.

The Public Safety Programs at Florida Panhandle Technical College make up several of the over 35 certification and degree programs offered at the school, and the demand remains high for all these professionals.

FPTC currently offers programs as diverse as Drone Technology, Hemodialysis, Licensed Practical Nursing, Welding, Pharmacy Tech, Automotive, Patient Care Technology, Photography, Networking, Cosmetology, CyberSecurity, Electrical, Video Production, Law Enforcement and Corrections, and Heavy Equipment Operator.
