WHO: TCC Gives, a 501(c)3 public charity affiliated with TCC, one of the nation’s largest Verizon
Authorized Retailers.
WHAT: To celebrate the 2020 NCAA Men’s Basketball tournament and support local nonprofits, TCC
Gives is encouraging college basketball fans nationwide to participate in the “TCC Gives Bracket
Challenge for Good” by submitting their NCAA brackets online. Entries are free. The three top bracket
winners will receive monetary donations to support a local nonprofit of their choice. The three top picks
will receive $5,000 (First place), $3,000 (Second place) and $2,000 (Third place), respectively. Winners
will be chosen once the tournament concludes.
WHEN: Brackets can be filled out online starting March 15 and ending March 19 at noon EST (or before
the start of the first round).
WHERE: Visit http://tcc.io/tccgivesbracket to fill out a bracket; open to all U.S. residents.
DETAILS: Must be a U.S. Resident, 18 years or older to participate. One entry per person. No purchase
necessary. No cash value to winner. Grant receiver must be a 501(c)3 public charity with no affiliation to
a religious or political organization. Bracket winners approve use of their likeness, image, photo, video,
and/or written testimonial(s) on promotional materials created and disseminated in print or online by
TCC Gives or TCC in relation to this contest.
TCC Gives, a 501(c)3 public charity, provides grants in cities across the nation. Through TCC Gives’
“Community Grants” initiative, customers and employees can visit nationwide TCC stores to nominate
nonprofit organizations to be selected on a quarterly-basis to receive grants up to $10,000. The charity’s
“Connecting Hope” program provides smartphones and data plans to at-risk members of the
communities the company serves who may otherwise have limited means to stay connected.
