As information around the coronavirus (COVID-19) develops, Washington County Property Appraiser’s top priority is the safety of our staff and citizens. As part of an ongoing effort to limit COVID-19’s impact on Washington County residents, your property appraiser’s office is implementing modifications to the way services are provided to taxpayers during these unprecedented times.

The following change will take effect Monday, March 23, 2020:

The office lobby will be closed to the public until further notice. Office staff will still be working. The public can obtain needed services by using the website www.qpublic.net/fl/washington – or by phone during regular business hours at (850)638-6205. Our objective is to provide superior customer service. We have no intention of the current situation resulting in anything less.
