Released by the Cultural Arts Alliance …
We’ve been busily working on new ways to connect and create during this time of physical distancing. We are thrilled to share we’re launching an Art on Demand series of online classes, demonstrations and activities! First up is an opportunity to join us virtually on Wednesday, April 15th at 9 a.m. for an Art on Demand class taught by Allison Wickey in partnership with our friends at Watersound Origins!
In this episode (filmed pre stay-at-home order), Allison demonstrates how to create a one-of-a-kind, textured impressionistic landscape from start to finish. Viewers will learn some basic painting techniques as well as how to build their own wood canvas and work with Venetian plaster.
Tune in to the Watersound Origins or CAA Facebook page for viewing! You can even host your own watch party.
