Melissa Eileen Miller, age 45, of Panama City, Florida passed away April 25, 2020 at Bay Medical Center in Panama City. She was born June 25, 1974 in Panama City, Florida. Melissa was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, James William ‘Bill’ Miller and Nella Vivian Miller and her maternal grandparents, Raymond Randall Morris and Rosie Lee Morris.
Melissa is survived by her father, Oscar Miller and wife Kim of Vernon, Florida; her mother, Cynthia ‘Cindy’ Morris of Panama City, FL; one brother, Kalan James Miller and wife Haley Marie; one nephew, Eric Miller; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A graveside service with burial will be held Friday in the Ebenezer Cemetery in Vernon, Florida with Peel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
