Released by the Florida Public Archaeology Network …
To protect our amazing volunteers and program participants, the Florida Public Archaeology Network (FPAN) is following guidance from the State University System of Florida and has canceled all public events until further notice due to COVID-19. Though our offices also remain closed, our staff remain at work and are available via e-mail during normal business hours.
This month, we will be experimenting with Zoom presentations for kids (schedule below)! These programs will feature a short talk by an archaeologist via Zoom and an opportunity for participants to ask questions at the end. Space is limited, however, and a password will be required for access. RSVP for either or both programs to reserve a spot for your budding archaeologist! Note: Zoom requires parental consent for children to use Zoom services.
