Dr. Noll is also the Lead Scholar of our upcoming Smithsonian exhibit, Voices & Votes: Democracy in America, which was originally scheduled to open in April in Tallahassee. While COVID-19 has delayed the tour, it’s still a great time to learn about the strange history that Florida has with democracy and national elections.
