The Florida Department of Health is seeking an experienced public health professional to serve as the lead public health official of the Florida Department of Health in Holmes and Washington Counties to direct, supervise and evaluate health programs including environmental health, chronic disease, preparedness and response, family planning, communicable disease and vital statistics.
The position requires extensive experience in the management and administration of public health programs, essential public health services, health policy issues, public health advocacy, and working with elected officials, governmental bodies, community partners and media.
Salary is $95k-$155k, and the closing date is June 15, 2020.
