With the cancellation of festivals, parades, events, pageants and other public gatherings, all the great people-watching opportunities afforded in this region have been missing in action, due to COVID-19, and there have not been the normal perennial opportunities to capture the smiling faces of the people in our area, so here is a photographic retrospective from around ‘The Real Florida’ of Bay, Washington, Holmes and Jackson County, titled ‘The Eyes Have It’, as seen by Paul Goulding Photography, a subsidiary of The Goulding Agency in Chipley, Florida.
