James Steven Reed, 51, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday October 12, 2020 at Tufts New England Medical Center in Boston.
James was born in Lowell, MA on June 20, 1969.He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilber and Doris Reed, his 3 sisters Karen Reed, Donna Reed, Brenda Wood and his step son James Avery Woods.
James had been a student at Zion Bible College in Haverhill, MA. He worked in retail sales until becoming disabled in 2007. James’ hobbies included playing guitar and singing.
In college, he was in the choir. While living in Florida, he attended Shepherd’s Gate Church in Wausau, Florida and was on the praise team.
James is survived by his wife, Carol Reed of Fountain, Florida, brothers Kevin Reed and Scott Reed of Massachusetts, Step Children Justin Woods of Georgia and Cassandra Woods of North Carolina, step granddaughter Melanya Avery Martin, step grandson, Sutton James Hensley.
Graveside services were held on October 20,2020 at St. Joseph Cemetery in Clemsford. Services Provided By Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home.
