Graceville, Florida Police Department Issues Statement Concerning Fatal Fast Food Shooting on November 21, 2020

Graceville, Florida Police Chief Jake Barley made the following announcement on Saturday, November 22, 2020, in reference to the fatal shooting that occurred at Hardee’s Restaurant in Graceville.
 
‘About 5:30 this afternoon, Graceville a received a 9-1-1 call about a shooting here at Hardee’s.
 
An officer arrived within minutes, found a black male laying in the back outside the building, one bullet wound to the chest area.
 
They proceeded to do CPR with the individual until EMS arrived. We are trying to identify some other people who were seen on video in the area.
 
We are still running down leads, trying to gather information, waiting on FDLE to come access the crime scene. At this time, we don’t have any suspects named or identified.”
 
Chief Barley said that the police department was actively seeking two individuals, in reference to the incident.
