The Graceville, Florida Police Department has issued an update on the fatal shooting at Hardee’s Restaurant parking lot in Graceville on Saturday, November 21, 2020.
On Sunday November 22, 2020 Graceville Police Department, with the assistance of the State Attorneys office, was able to obtain an arrest warrant for the shooting that occurred at Hardee’s on Saturday November 21, 2020.
The arrest warrant was executed by Dothan Police Department at approximately 9:30 pm the same day.
The suspect, Trayvon Dorsey, was arrested and has been charged with the Murder (F.S 782.04) of Shannon LaTrent Weatherington.
Dorsey will be extradited back to Jackson County where he will await trial.
