From Headshots to Food Styling, the Digital Photography Program at Florida Panhandle Technical College can help you learn the basics, brush up on your existing skills or fill the gaps to enable you to secure a well-paid job in photography or video production and drone imaging production.

Here are a few examples of our student’s work, in this case, Peyton Brannan, who entered the Digital Video Technology Program as a Dual-Enrolled Poplar Springs High School Student, now getting ready to enter the Advanced Photography Technology Program at Florida Panhandle Technical College in Chipley.

FPTC is now enrolling Florida and Alabama students in the 2020-2021 Florida Panhandle Technical College Digital Video Technology Program for the Winter Semester, which starts on January 6, 2021, and financial aid is available.

This total-immersion program features Photography, Audio and Video Production and Drone Technology and high school students may attend at no cost, for half of each school day in their Junior and Senior year.

Several successfully graduated students have started their own Photography and/or Video businesses, entered the military using the skills obtained in this class, became FAA Part 107-certified as Drone Pilots or went on to advanced studies for additional certifications.

Interested students and adults should contact Florida Panhandle Technical College, dropping by Student Services at 757 Hoyt Street in Downtown Chipley, or by visiting the FPTC website at www.FPTC.edu or by calling 850-638-1180 extension 317 on Monday through Friday from 8AM until 3PM for information.
