The City of DeFuniak Springs, Florida offices will be closed on the following dates/times due to the 2020 holiday season which will impact garbage/yard debris pickup services by the City’s public works department on select days.
Tuesday, December 15, 2020 (11am-2pm only): Annual holiday luncheon for employees. Garbage/yard debris pickup schedule will not be impacted, but City Hall, City Hall Annex and public works department offices will be closed during this time.
- Thursday, December 24, 2020: Trash and yard debris will be picked up on Wednesday, December 23.
- Friday, December 25, 2020: All offices closed.
- Friday, January 1, 2021: All offices closed.
Citizens may call public works for emergency services during these times at (850) 892-8534, 24 hours a day. Police and fire services will not be impacted by these holiday closures.
