By | December 17, 2020

James Andrews was welcomed into the earth on March 28, 1931 in Ebro, FL to the loving and caring arms of his parents, the late John and Pheba (Oliver) Andrews.

Being raised in a Christian home, James accepted Christ as his personal Savior at an early age and began to learn the ways of God and build a personal relationship with Christ.  James was a member of Faith Cornerstone Ministries in Marianna, FL.  He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife; strong yet loving father to his beloved children; and a sweet and caring grandfather to his precious grand & great-grandchildren.  A man that will be deeply missed.

James was united in Holy Matrimony to Eldiest Philyor on February 4, 1961 and to this union eight beautiful children were born and reared in a God-fearing home. He was employed with Louisiana Pacific as a Lumber Mill Operator for many years before retiring.

James answered the call of the Savior on December 7, 2020 in the comfort of his home with his wife and children by his bedside.

He leaves to cherish his memories his beloved wife of 59 years: Eldiest Andrews of Marianna, FL; three daughters: Melanie (Denise) Cherry of Norman, OK, Malzie (James) Clark of Campbellton, FL, and Ella McCray of Dothan, AL; five sons: Isaac (Andrea) Andrews of Quincy, FL, Thomas (Althea) Andrews of DeFuniak Springs, FL, Tony Andrews of Sylacauga, AL, Min.
