Barbara S. Toole, 77 of Graceville entered her Heavenly Home on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Southeast Health Medical Center.
Ms. Barbara was born in Dale County, Alabama July 29, 1943. A 1961 graduate of Ashford High School, Ms. Barbara retired from the Campbellton-Graceville Hospital as a medical transcriptionist following over 30 years.
She was a “comforter”, she always reached out in ways to help others. She was known for the best pecan brittle, peanut brittle and divinity! She was a member of the Graceville Church of Christ.
Predeceased by her beloved husband of 56 years Thomas “Tom” Toole, parents Henry C. Reeder and Connie Ethel Brady Reeder, great granddaughter Aiden, son-in-law Robert “Robby” Brown, one brother Wilmer C. Reeder and one sister Annie Reese Wade.
Survived by her children Karen Brown Smith and husband Kenny, Two Egg, FL, Tami Toole, Buddy Toole, Graceville, FL, Tara Hatcher and husband Randy, Bonifay, FL; three grandchildren Laramie, Ben, July; two great grandchildren Bently, Paisley; one brother James “Jimbo” Reeder and wife Carolyn, three sisters Voncile Porterfield, Judy Clark and husband Randy, Gail Williams; sister-in-law Janice Reeder; a host of nieces and nephews.
A Graveside service will be 2 p.m., Tuesday December 22, 2020 at Marvin Chapel Cemetery with Bro. Hiram Bell officiating, James & Lipford Funeral Home directing. Family will be meeting at the home of Ms. Barbara for those who would like to come by for a visit.
