A section of Highway 90 in Bonifay, Florida was parked shoulder-to-shoulder with automobiles on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, as the Holmes County Health Department started administering the Moderna Vaccine to seniors over 65 years of age.
The scene was similar in downtown Chipley, Florida as the Washington County Health Department also started administering to the senior population at the old Chipley High School.
