Teachers, administrators and support staff in Washington County, Florida are getting up to speed this week, with return to school on Monday, January 4, 2021 for teacher planning and development, and the return of students to the classroom slated for Wednesday, January 6.
The top issue remain COVID-19 social distancing, and students have elected to choose from several options for schooling- ranging from totally online to totally in-classroom setting, as well as a variety of hybrid combination options.
Dual enrolled students may attend Florida Panhandle Technical College in downtown Chipley, Florida at no cost to parents, while there is financial aid available to adult students.
